The teaching profession to work long hours, complex tasks, work pressure, is the most easily lead to burnout one of the industry. Burnout will be reduced enthusiasm for the work of teachers, teachers against the physical and mental health, thereby affecting the health of the entire education development. In the field of psychology involved in the study of the ordinary primary and secondary school teachers and college teachers have burnout research and analysis, including the theoretical and empirical studies reviewed.
