Motivation as a stimulate learners' internal driving force,is considered by many researchers as one of the main decisive factors about learning second language or foreign language successful.In China,second language learning motivation research mainly concentrated into different categories of Chinese English learners and foreign student group for research object,and the article about the study on professional Chinese learning motivation of the students is less.Based on this,considering the foreign students clinical medicine professional training is closely linked with Chinese teaching,this study investigate and analysis Chinese learning motivation of Pakistani medical students in China,and explore the difference about Chinese learning motivation of Pakistani medical students under the background of the individual difference in China,finally according to the Chinese learning condition of Pakistani medical students in China,then put forward some reference Suggestions.This research includes the following six parts:The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly introduces selected topic reason,research meaning and purpose,research ideas and research review.The second chapter,the theoretical basis and method for research.Mainly from the theoretical basis of the research Gardner and Lambert classic social education mode,Gardner and Lambert extension motivation theory,Dornyei motivation of learning foreign language for three layers model,and using the method of literature research,questionnaire investigation,interview,data analysis method to analyze the Chinese learning motivation of Pakistani medical students in China.The third chapter investigate and analysis Chinese learning motivation types and intensity of Chinese learning motivation of Pakistani medical students.Found that the motivation types of Pakistani medical students in China mainly has the following seven: type into motivation,instrumental motivation,internal motivation and external motivation,achievement motivation,learning situation motivation and confidence.At the same time,this study also found that Pakistani medical students in different individual factors,such as gender,age,grade,also has a certain influence on Chinese learning motivation.The fourth chapter is the conclusion.This study found that Chinese learning motivation type closely linked to intensity of motivation of Pakistani medical students in China,Chinese language level and motivation intensity were positively correlated,the relationship between the students with high Chinese level motivation inten sity is high.Low motivation strength group motivation intensity and a significant positive correlation between internal motivation;Strength group motivation intensity and type into motivation,instrumental motivation and internal motive,there are significant positive correlation relationship between learning situation motivation.The fifth chapter,the author put forward the corresponding countermeasures about Chinese teaching of Pakistani medical students from the language teaching level,the learner level and the learning situation level,to improve the quality in Chinese teaching of medical students.Finally is the concluding part,summarizes the shortcomings of this research and the improvement in the future.
