The Mechanism Of Cooperation With Government: The Effect Of Social Justice And Political Trust

People are usually affected by a variety of factors during the interaction with government,cooperation and conflict are the most common tendentiousness.For social stability and development,the government should obtain the support and cooperation of the general public,and reduce the occurrence of conflict.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the arise of the people's cooperative behavior to the government and how it is affected by other factors.This study will focus on the connotation and the mechanism of the public's cooperative behavior to the government.Through the literature review and expert interviews,the preliminary version of the questionnaire Cooperation Behavior of the Government was initially determined.After the preliminary measurement,the result shows that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire was in accordance with the research requirements.At the same time,the four dimensions of those 20 items of the cooperative behavior questionnaire are confirmed: autonomous election,consciousness of citizenship,personal initiative and policy participation.Then,644 subjects were measured,due to the result of the difference analysis of the demographic variables which affect people's cooperation behavior to the government,we can find out that gender,age,education level,income level and career type are the individual factors that affect people's cooperative behavior to the government.Finally,according to literature analysis,this study use Social justice and Political trust as the antecedent variables to explore the relationships among social justice,political trust and people's cooperative behavior to the government.The results tells us that social justice and political trust can positively predict the public's cooperation with government,politics Trust plays an intermediary role in the process.This study proposed the sense of social justice and political trust path model of cooperative behavior.In theory,the research of this field has been expanded.In practice,help to increase the cooperation,reduce conflict,improve the government management and build a harmonious society.
