Research On The Performance Of The Cooperation Of Creative Agriculture Between Fujian And Taiwan

Creative agriculture is the combination of cultural creativity and traditional farming.It has changed and innovated the development model of the traditional farming. InChina, development creative culture is suiting the needs of solving the three ruralissues and the transformation of rural economics. Over the years, agriculture has beenthe most advantageous of the cooperation areas between Fujian and Taiwan. With thegradual rise of the creative agriculture, cooperating to develop the creative agricultureis increasingly becoming an important direction between the two places.This study starts with a review and evaluation of the relevant literature concerningcreative agriculture, by referring the theory of Creative Economics, the theory ofRegional Economic Development and the theory of Evolutionary Game, it attempts toanalysis the mechanism of the cooperation for creative agriculture between Fujianand Taiwan. Then, based on the above research, this study establishes a FCPtheoretical model including the influence factors, capability and performance of thecooperation of creative agriculture between Fujian and Taiwan, and the conceptualmodel of this study is raised simultaneously. After the interviews of the experts andthe pre-survey, this study designs the questionnaire for the research on theperformance of the cooperation for creative agriculture between Fujian and Taiwan.During the field survey, the author visits the creative agriculture enterprises in sixnational Taiwan Farmers Pioneer Park of Zhangpu, Zhangping, Xianyou, Qingliu,Fuqing and Huian respectively, takes the Taiwan enterprises of creative agriculture inthe park as the object of large sample survey, and statistical analysis the collectingdata. Then, carry out the empirical research on the data by structural equation model,trying to find the important factors and the capability which affecting the cooperativeperformance. Finally, the measures to enhance the performance of the cooperation areput forward on the basis of the empirical findings. This article has made the followingfour main conclusions.Firstly, this study points out that the influencing factors of the cooperation ofcreative agriculture between Fujian and Taiwan should be divided into three dimensions, there are environment, the administrative committee of Taiwan FarmersPioneer Park and the enterprises of creative agriculture from Taiwan. And put forwardtwelve influencing factors which are based on the literature, there are infrastructure,policies and regulations, social trust, decision-making, organization, leadership,control, resources, industry, technology, marketing, culture. Meanwhile, thedimension of the cooperative capability is raised, including the capability of culturalcreativity, the capability of technical innovation and the capability of synergisticcooperation. Then, this study indicates that the connotation of the performance of thecooperation of creative agriculture between Fujian and Taiwan are consists ofeconomics performance, social performance and environmental performance.Secondly, empirical research reveals that eight of the twelve influencing factors ofthe cooperation of creative agriculture between Fujian and Taiwan have a significantand positive impact on the cooperative performance, there are the infrastructure,policies and regulations, decision-making, leadership, control, industry, technology,marketing，the study also finds that policies and regulations, decision-making andmarketing have the most important impact on the cooperative performance in eachdimension. And among the three kinds of the capability of the cooperation of creativeagriculture between Fujian and Taiwan, the capability of cultural creativity, thecapability of technical innovation and the capability of synergistic cooperation have asignificant and positive impact on the performance of the cooperation, while thecapability of technical innovation have the most important impact on the cooperativeperformance.Thirdly, empirical studies also find that the capability of the cooperation of creativeagriculture between Fujian and Taiwan have a mediating effect on the relationshipsbetween the dimension of environment (infrastructure, policies and regulations), theadministrative committee of Taiwan Farmers Pioneer Park (decision-making,leadership, control), the Taiwan enterprises of creative agriculture (industry,technology, marketing) and the effect of the cooperation.Fourthly, based on the findings of empirical research, this study explores the pathsto enhance the performance of the cooperation of creative agriculture between Fujianand Taiwan, holding a view that the government should further improve relevant policies and regulations to provide strong sport for the cooperation of creativeagriculture between Fujian and Taiwan, the administrative committee of TaiwanFarmers Pioneer Park should strengthen the functions of decision-making, andformulate realistic development strategies, the enterprises of creative agriculture fromTaiwan should improve the marketing strategy, and try to enhance the brandawareness of the creative agriculture, and the above three parties should pay moreattention to the important of the mediate variables, try to enhance the cooperativecapability of the cooperation of creative agriculture between Fujian and Taiwan.This study carries out the research from the perspective of influencing factors andcooperative capability. And the innovation of this study is reflected in three aspects.First, the development of measurement scales for the performance of the cooperationof creative agriculture between Fujian and Taiwan. Second, empirical testing theproposed theoretical model of FCP. Third, carrying out the research on the theperformance of the cooperation of creative agriculture between Fujian and Taiwanwith the application of the mediating variables. The research conclusions enrich thetheory of the cooperation of creative agriculture between Fujian and Taiwan, hopingto provide valuable information and reference for the subsequent research andpractice.
