Under the idea of "belt and road",Kazakhstan and China have become more and more frequent in politics,economy,education,culture and so on.In Kazakhstan,more and more people began to learn Chinese,inspired by the two governments,Kazakhstan University,the rapid development of Chinese teaching career,but with the development of Chinese education.The problems of Chinese classroom management in the University of Kazakhstan are also worthy of our attention.Because of the differences between Chinese and Kazakh cultures,many Chinese teachers who teach in Kazakhstan feel a bit of a problem in the management of Chinese language teaching.I have conducted a three-month Chinese volunteer at the Eurasian University in Kazakhstan.During the teaching period,I observed the students in the classroom,conducted a questionnaire for students,interviewed students in private and interviewed with other teachers to collect cases in the classroom management,the Kazakh Chinese university teachers in the classroom management process The problems encountered in the finishing and research,according to the depth of the University of Kazakhstan in the management of Chinese classroom problems and the causes of these problems.According to the domestic and foreign classroom management of the relevant theoretical research results and existing experience for the University of Kazakhstan Chinese teaching classroom management put forward their own reasonable recommendations.
