Scholars both at home and abroad have done a great deal of research in the effect of anxiety on second language learning,and such research has been diversified in research perspectives,in the skills of research on foreign language anxiety,scholars generally think that oral English learning is one of the biggest difficulties.This thesis investigated into Tajik 100 elementary Chinese learners on the effect of anxiety on their oral proficiency in their learning Chinese as a foreign language.Three scales of Personal Information,Oral Chinese Anxiety and Causes for the Anxiety in Learning Chinese were applied and the related derived data were processed by SPSS 19.0 Software.This study found that Tajik elementary Chinese learners maintained a middle level of anxiety.Their gender and the span of Chinese learning were not of significance statistically,but these two factors exist significant interaction,namely the level of anxiety in the male students in grade one higher than the second grade,female students just the opposite;A grade level of anxiety in the male students is higher than female students,and on the contrary,grade 2.The data of the scales revealed that their linguistic preparation and confidence in speaking influenced their level of anxiety,and the individual learning strategies,classroom learning environment and classroom competitiveness were the reasons that determined their level of anxiety,the classroom teaching activities and speaking anxiety exists significant correlationAccording to the above research results,from the perspective of teachers and students,we should do it: the students active learning and self value accumulation,break through psychological barriers,at the same time should be found suitable for their own learning method;Reasonable teachers inspire students’ learning interest and improve their professional accomplishment,to create a good effective classroom teaching activities.
