With the development of China's national strength and the rise of the "belt and road",the exchanges between China and the outside world have become increasingly frequent,and the ranks of overseas Chinese learners have gradually grown.Spoken Chinese,as an important parameter to measure learners' Chinese proficiency,is a skill that every Chinese learner first encounters and most wants to learn.This shows that the importance of oral Chinese is self-evident,especially in basic Chinese speaking,which requires the attention of every Chinese teacher.In this background,the “Standards For Foreign Language Learning-preparing for the 21 st Century published by the United States in 1999,which its main cores are introduced as Communication,Cultures,Connections,Comparisons and Communities.(abbreviated as 5C).And what's more it has a great influence on the Chinese language teaching in China,especially after the experiment of Chinese teaching in American,such as the "Mingde" model on the east coast of the United States and the "experiential" teaching method on the west coast.By using these standards,all made a great success in Chinese teaching.In this thesis,it used the Lesson 28 Today is Colder Than Yesterday as an example,which selected from the boo Conversation Chinese 301.On the basis of the 5C standard,the oral Chinese teaching for basic Chinese was conducted in La salle secondary school in Arequipa,Peru.First of all,this thesis analyzed the problems of Oral Chinese teaching as a foreign language by combining with the theory of "5C" standards.For the purpose of this study is to explore how the 5C standard can inspire the teaching of primary Chinese abroad and how to use the standard in oral English teaching.The next step is put 5C theory into real teaching design and applications.We all know it is hard to improve without reflection.So in this way,after practice,teaching feedback is focused.And the sixth chapter is based on classroom feedback and teacher reflection to sum up the advantages,and to make recommendations on the existing problems.
