In recent years,the national economic transformation and personnel system reform,college enrollment and other factors,the employment problem of graduates Chinese draw more and more serious,and to some extent,has become a common social phenomenon.This situation has a very important impact on the continuous deepening of reform and healthy development of higher education,improve the relationship between universities and society,improve the efficiency of running a university and maintain social stability.In view of this,it is necessary to make a deep research and Discussion on the employment of Chinese painting graduates.The national autonomous region as China's largest area of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,located in the western China economic construction,the foundation is relatively weak,relying on the social conditions in the eastern region of the gap significantly,solve the employment problems of graduates China painting,has become an important factor affecting stability and economic development of Xinjiang society.At present,there are many problems in the employment of graduates of Chinese painting in Xinjiang.The living environment of traditional culture,the conditions of running schools and teachers,the individual quality of students and so on,all affect the employment in different degrees.At the same time,it is also necessary for the Chinese painting teaching to better inherit the traditional Chinese painting and develop Chinese painting.How to improve the teaching level of Chinese painting,make it more adapt to the needs of social development,is placed in front of us a new topic,but also the focus of this study.In this paper,the Chinese painting professional graduates of Xinjiang Normal University as an example,the analysis of the status quo of the employment of Chinese painting graduates in Xinjiang area,the re employment of graduates.At the same time,combined with the development of market economy and the current more perfect employment mechanism,the author puts forward some constructive countermeasures and measures for the employment of graduates.
