Based fine arts education is to train teachers of fine arts education in normal universities, the cradle of the talents training plan on the basis of the subject standard,by means of education, through to convey a certain art knowledge and skills to students, cultivate the students’ moral sentiment, aesthetic ability and basic art professional skills, pay attention to mold students’ sound personality and humanities cultivated manners, in order to cultivate talents of suitable for the present basic art education.Many education experts for a long time, the academia are actively explore new mode suitable for the present art education professional development, this article the author on the basis of the reading of vast amount of literature, in combination with the actual situation of our school, learning to take classes and methods of field investigation, case analysis, draw lessons from the latest achievements of the fine arts education at home and abroad, to study the development situation of art education major in our school.Trying to fine arts education to make a scientific and objective understanding of our school, make up for our current fine arts education system deficiencies, promote the faster development of art education in our school.This thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part.Abroad from the research background,research purpose, research status, research contents, research methods and so on paper introduces basic.The second chapter understanding the fine arts education.From the fine arts education connotation, classification, value and goal as well as the paper expounds the evolution of modern Chinese and western fine arts education, reviewing the history of art education, has proven the beginning of art education and the development process, draw experience and lessons, and provide reference for fine arts education now and in the future development direction.The third chapter in the fine arts education students.Based on the characteristics of the fine arts education professional, clear learning goals andthe development direction of art education major students, to construct the basic quality of basic education development needs.The fourth chapter of Xin Jiang normal university fine arts education major students cultivate the status quo.It the focus of the full text is divided into sections,the author from my school fine arts education professional courses, professional skill,theory courses, education practice four aspects of the narrative, detailed introduces the development situation of art education major students in our school, and connecting with the typical case studies from the perspective of the current art education students on the problems existing in the education practice, set up under the new situation of the education teaching idea, improve their overall quality enhancement and the development, the needs of the fine arts education in the future job.Fifth chapter in the fourth chapter, on the basis of using the national outstanding teachers of fine arts of video lessons, as samples, analyzes the advantages of some typical high quality class, sum up experience and lessons, to guide the fine arts education to the development of students, to become qualified teachers of fine arts.Chapter 6 build fine arts education is an effective means of professional development.According to the fourth chapter described present situation of art education major students, combining with the current reality, and puts forward Suggestions and countermeasures to improve and development, construct the development blueprint of art education major students.
