Discussion On The Philosophical Connotation Of The Problem Of "Uncertainty"

The research on the problem of uncertainty is a philosophical research about the internal nature of the world.Human cognition of the objective world has always been a tradition of seeking certainty.The history of the development of science and technology has been a history of certainty seeking.The traditional concept holds absolute causal determinism of thought,consider the existence of a unifying universe only truth logos all the information in the world will along with the cognitive level of our continuous improvement and all show in front of us..But with the development of modern natural science and technology,especially when science is expanded to the cosmo-world near to velocity of light,the micro-world in atoms and atomic nucleus as well as the microcosmic field which cannot be explained by Newtonian mechanics,the large quantities of phenomena we see are complicated but not simple,with the performance of object movement trails of uncertainty but not certainty,and the phylogeny rules are mainly non-linear,and linear rules are only the special abstract cases of complicated rules.Due to the arrival of the modern natural science era,,more and more scientists believe that uncertainty is the charm of this world,only uncertainty itself is determined.The uncertainty can represent for the Logos of the unknown world.The real prospect of the world is uncertain,which can never be seen clearly,and people are always on the way of exploring;however,in such a real world,people are still brave to face with uncertainty.The more uncertainties people overcome,the more uncertainties they have,and the more certainties they can acquire.By taking the problem of uncertainty as the title,this article discusses and analyzes on the connotation of uncertainty,the relationship between uncertainty and certainty and the specific performance of uncertainty in natural science and social science on the dimensionalities of history and theory;in addition,it analyzes and discusses on some leading philosophical problems on uncertainty,in order to drive further researches on the problem of uncertainty.
