A Study On Social Relations Between The Overseas Chinese Farm Of TianMa And The Surrounding Area

This paper analyzes the social mechanism of behavioral subject in different historical periods by analyzing the interaction mechanism of institutional arrangement,resource allocation and subjective consciousness.The social arrangement of overseas Chinese farms and returned overseas Chinese as the product of the system has the same social relationship.The institutional arrangement is the root cause of the different social relations forms in different historical stages.This kind of social relations form further leads to the social behavior of the subject.Therefore,the process of overseas Chinese farm system reform,overseas Chinese farms and returned overseas Chinese as the main body and the main market,can not achieve its independence is difficult to completely integrate into the root causes of society.Based on the different historical periods,this paper divides the relationship between overseas Chinese farms and the surrounding areas into three stages.Based on the three dimensions of institutional arrangement,resource allocation and subject consciousness,this paper constructs the overseas Chinese farms and the surrounding areas,Social relations structure.The introduction of the "mosaic theory" demonstrates that the institutional arrangement is the fundamental motive of the mosaic relationship pattern.The resource allocation formed by the institutional superiority is the key to promote the mosaic of the mall to the collective transformation of the field.It is also the " Sticky generation " and " sticky dilution " in the dynamic process of generating,survival and change the key.In the period of market economy,due to the lag of institutional reform,especially the contrast between institutional and resource advantages and economic weakness,the overseas Chinese farms and the overseas Chinese are more dependent on the system and the resource protection brought by them.Therefore,the overseas Chinese farm and the overseas Chinese as the main body and the main body of the market,the path dependence is increasing,the main independence of the gradual loss of the lack of market competitiveness,it is difficult to achieve a truly thorough integration into the local system,into the market economy,into the mainstream society.
