With the deepening of the aging society in our country,the problem of physical and mental health of the middle-aged and elderly people has been widely concerned in the whole society.In this process,people pay more and more attention to the mental health of the middle-aged and elderly people,especially the emotional state and emotion regulation.At present,China is still a developing country,the elderly medical security system there are still some problems in the field,and vigorously promote the basis of fitness,physical exercise activities as to promote physical and mental health of the elderly is a kind of effective and affordable interventions.Tai Chi is one of our traditional sports has a broad mass base,it attaches great importance to slow movement and fine deep breathing,emphasis on "intention","mind","open call and suction can reduce the tension of the autonomic nerves,so that the human body internal mechanism up to a relative a state of equilibrium,with aging,reduce disease,regulate the elderly mood,therefore Tai Chi is one of the most suitable for the elderly exercise way.Research Objective: This study conducted a survey of Shaanxi province Xi’an City Tai Chi exercise group and exercise a few other groups,to participate in the Tai Chi Exercise on the impact of the state of mood and emotion regulation ability in the elderly,in order to find the mechanism of the effect of Tai Chi Exercise on the mood and emotion regulation in improving Tai Chi exercise in the elderly attention and participation,promote the long-term Tai Chi exercise,get the best physical and mental benefits.Research object: Beilin District Suzaku Tai Chi workstation,Yanta District auspicious Village elderly university and other community activities for the elderly,the station of Xi’an City Tai Chi exercise and participate in any form of exercise in the elderly population as the research object,the survey identified 267 patients in the elderly exercisers age greater than 55 years old,with Tai Chi on in the mood state of the elderly and emotional regulation strategies as the research content.Research methods: through literature review,questionnaire survey,psychological measurement,experimental method and other research methods,and with the help of SPSS software for statistical analysis of the survey results.The research process: by comparative analysis of long-term Tai Chi exercise group,Tai Chi group and other short-term exercise group three group to adjust the strategy differences in the state of mind and emotions of Tai Chi on state of mind and emotion regulation strategies on the effect of each dimension in the elderly exercise;in the longitudinal study,comparison of Tai Chi the intervention group participated in 6 months Tai Chi exercise,the state of mind and emotion regulation and strategy differences,16 subjects were selected from volunteers(mean age 62.4 + 4.68),participate in the classic Stroop paradigm,through the key reaction to compare the results of 3 experiments and the error rate.After the discussion of Tai Chi exercise intervention for 6 months,in the elderly population in emotion regulation strategies and emotional changes of anti interference ability difference,for future elderly people insist on participating in Tai Chi exercise in To improve the state of mind and emotion regulation strategies to provide scientific theoretical basis.Research results:(1)in the horizontal comparison,long-term Tai Chi exercise group mood state in "tense" and "anger" and "depression","panic" and "total TMD" dimension scores below short-term Tai Chi group,the two groups had significant difference(p<0.05),long-term Tai Chi exercise group in tension "and" anger "and" esteem "these three dimensions is better than the other exercise group,there was significant difference(p<0.05),but in the total score of TMD had no significant difference between two groups.In a longitudinal study of Tai Chi in the intervention group after 6 months Tai Chi exercise the state of mind,including TMD scores,tension,anger,panic and self-esteem were significantly improved(p<0.05),fatigue,energy has been improved before and after the two dimension but no significant difference(p>0.05).(2)on the use of emotion regulation strategies in the elderly,the male is superior to the choice of cognitive reappraisal strategy,while the female has more choices to express the inhibition strategy.In comparison,the Tai Chi exercise group in the long-term cognitive reappraisal strategy use scores were higher than the Tai Chi group and other short-term exercise group and there was significant difference(p<0.05);the expression suppression strategy use score,Tai Chi long-term exercise group was significantly lower than that of the other two groups,but no significant difference(p>0.05);through a longitudinal study found that the Tai Chi group before and after the test results of paired samples t test,results showed that cognitive reappraisal regulation strategies use rate increased(p<0.01),expression suppression strategy using reduced(p< 0.01).(3)in the classic Stroop paradigm of the 3 test results of single factor analysis of variance,the Tai Chi exercise intervention for 6 months,16 subjects in the experimental operation reaction time reduced,and there was a significant difference(p<0.01),the key reaction and decrease the error rate and has significant difference (p<0.05).Conclusion:(1)in the long-term Tai Chi exercise can effectively improve the elderly’s tension,anger,depression and other negative emotions,improve the elderly self-esteem,that Tai Chi Exercise on elderly people to form a good mental state has a role in promoting.(2)Tai Chi exercise has a positive effect on the use of emotion regulation strategies in the middle and old aged people,so that the middle-aged and elderly exercisers adopt more positive emotion regulation strategies to adjust their emotion.Tai Chi exercise can improve the ability of anti emotional interference,improve the stability of the mood,so that the elderly to maintain a stable state of mind.(3)this study hypothesized that long-term participation in promoting effect of Tai Chi Exercise on the elderly in the good state of mind is by the elderly emotion regulation strategies to improve and enhance the anti interference ability of emotion,improve the internal mechanism of the effect of emotional stability. |
