Physical education is not only an important content of university education,but also plays an important part in students' quality comprehensive development.However,in recent years,there are still some problems in the process of carrying out reform in college sports.Such as stiff teaching procedures,single teaching methods,teaching content is difficult to meet the personalized demand of students,ignoring the procedural evaluation,students' enthusiasm for physical education curriculum is not high,etc..Thus,the occurrence of MOOC not only provides high quality education resources,but also realizes the personalized learning at anytime and anywhere,all of which can bring opportunities for the development of physical education in colleges and universities.Self-regulated cooperative learning teaching method can let students discuss with the teacher,also students can make cooperative learning with others,which can cultivate students' innovation consciousness and their ability of independent thinking,even promote the sustainable development of the students.Combine MOOC with self-regulated cooperative learning,it can realize complementary advantages,also it can provide a possible model for better implementing the university sports teaching,namely to conduct colleges and universities sports teaching through basing on Mini-MOOC self-regulated cooperation teaching method.In this paper,various methods include literature material law,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics,logic analysis have been used,in order to analyze the feasibility and necessity of conducting self-regulated cooperative learning which based on Mini – MOOC in sports dance optional courses,as well as design the teaching mode of sports dance Mini – MOOC self-regulated cooperative learning,finally apply it into the specific sports dance class.Conclusions have been made as follows:(1)It is feasible to apply the teaching method of combining Mini-MOOC and self-regulating cooperative learning into sports dance teaching.(2)Teaching mode that is based on Mini – MOOC self-regulating cooperative learning has been put forward,it mainly includes previous preparation,class teaching and teaching evaluation these three aspects.(3)Mini-MOOC self-regulating-cooperative learning teaching method is helpful to improve the students' autonomous ability and cooperation ability.(4)This kind of teaching method is very helpful to improve the teaching quality,teaching effect and teaching efficiency,as well as strengthen interaction between students and teachers,students and students,also it can enhance students' interest in learning.(5)It is beneficial to change the role of PE teachers,and thus better play the students' subject position.(6)It requires a new higher request for the role of college physical education teachers in curriculum design,organization and teaching.(7)Mini-MOOC platform promotes knowledge management,knowledge accumulation and knowledge sharing of individuals and groups.
