Research On The Optimization Of The Teaching Content Of Sports Dance Optional Courses In Ordinary Colleges And Universities In Sichuan Province

Sports dance is a new type of sports art project which combines sports and art.It uses various dance elements to show the beauty of sports and dance through scientific sports means.Sports dance is developing vigorously and is loved by more and more people.Many colleges and universities have incorporated it into an optional course of physical education.Sports dance has made great progress in recent years,but there are still many problems in the teaching of sports dance course.Therefore,it is particularly important to optimize the teaching content and methods of sports dance course in order to meet students' learning needs.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire and expert interview,this paper studies the teaching optimization of sports dance course in Sichuan colleges and universities.The research shows that:1.In the aspect of teaching method optimization,we should consider the influence of different teaching methods on students' physiology and psychology comprehensively.The optimized teaching method should also consider music and dance style,start with students' interest in learning,and cultivate students' comprehensive ability in a diversified way.2.In the aspect of teaching content optimization,we should pay attention to students' physical and mental health,and give students correct exercise guidance according to the optimized teaching content,so that students can grasp it more easily.While improving students' technical ability,we should also pay attention to cultivating students' self-confidence,aesthetic concepts and other comprehensive qualities,so as to help students grow up healthily and comprehensively.3.The optimized assessment can better show the students' principal position,and the diversified evaluation system can more effectively reflect the rationality and fairness of the evaluation,which pays attention to students' individual differences and enables students to actively participate in teaching practice,so as to achieve the best teaching effect of sports dance.4.In order to carry out the teaching of sports dance course normally,we need to improve the venues,equipment and strengthen the construction of teaching staff,so as to promote the communication between teachers and students,and create a pleasant and comfortable learning atmosphere for students in Colleges and universities.
