Research On The Cultural Industry Policy Of China And South Korea

Nowadays,the development of cultural industry has got widely concerned of the world and plays a very important role in our daily life for no mater it can bring much economic benefits,but expand our country's influence in global community.The policy on cultural industry provides more opportunities to the development of cultural industry,work as a guarantee and support to protect the development of cultural industry.China should deep the research and study of the cultural industry,especially in Korea,which environment is very similar to the Chinese culture,only by this,can we accelerate the development of our country's cultural industry.The South Korean government gives the most support to its cultural industries' development and get a very insightful achievement.South Korea's rapid development and growth of cultural industries made “hanliu”(Korean wave)swept over the world.Although China has a long history and possess much unique cultural resources but cannot fully utilized,so in this paper,I want to analysis the differences between China and South Korea's cultural industry policy in order to find a suitable way to update our own performance.According to the above paper writing ideas,this paper's five chapters are as follow: The first chapter is the introduction of my paper,which explains the significance of the topic,the status of domestic and international research,research methods,innovation and deficiencies.The second chapter is about the cultural industry policy and effect,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following chapters.The third chapter is the analysis of factors of cultural industry policy and practice,background analysis mainly stated from the political,economic,cultural,social and other aspects,the different stages of cultural industry between China and South Korea development.The fourth chapter is the comparative analysis of the cultural industry policy of China and South Korea from the sight of the government in the role of policy formulation,the implementation of performance,the attitude of the traditional culture and policy implementation of the four aspects of the implementation of institutional analysis.In the fifth chapter,according to the previous comparison,the Enlightenment of the Korean cultural industry policy are offered and the way to erect corresponding policy recommendations are placed.
