"Micro Video Course"(hereinafter referred to as Micro Course), has been promoting and using as a new supplementary teaching method in foreign countries at recent years, as well as has been widely praising. Due to the “Micro Course” various advantages, the domestic traditional classroom education is introducing it into the teaching gradually. And around "micro-lesson" how to classroom applications in China, experts and scholars have formed a series of guiding theory. However, since Chinese International Education Teaching has a great complexity, comprehensiveness and other characteristics, other authors did not find many related thesis trying to solve what kind of Micro Course really apply to Chinese International Education Teaching and evaluation criteria of excellent Chinese International Education Teaching Micro Course.Thus, the author used the theory of cognitive load and the theory of learning from Unicom to study the students of Confucius Institute at Pernambuco University,tried to find suitable Micro Course for Brazilian learners through making Micro Course with Chinese teaching experience. Aimed to propose some ideas for what kind of Micro Course really apply to Chinese International Education Teaching and evaluation criteria of excellent Chinese International Education Teaching Micro Course through practice and demonstration standards, also provide reference in the design of Micro Lesson teaching for Chinese teachers in Brazil.
