| Human society is a historical process with continuous development and progress.The establishment of an ideal society with cooperation,equality,integrity,friendliness,is the fine ideal human beings are always pursuing.However,in the pursuit of the ideal,they always pay the moral costs,accompanied by human moral confusion and pain.The bystander’s phenomenon is one of the negative phenomena in the field of social morality,which should arouse our attention.It not only affects the normal operation of the social order,but also influences the construction of socialist harmonious society.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the concern and research on the phenomenon of bystanders and to analyze the causes and find solutions to them.Based on the theory of ethics and learning from the related disciplines of sociology,psychology and so on,the thesis makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the bystander’s phenomenon.In addition to the introduction,the thesis carries out the research mainly from the following aspects.First,the thesis is to explain the related concepts and theory of the bystander’s phenomenon.From the perspective of the bystander’s connotation,characteristics and types,the concept of the bystander is explained.Furthermore,the concept of the bystander’s phenomenon is explained,and then the theory of bystander’s phenomenon is analyzed from the aspects of virtue and psychology.Next,the thesis is to analyze the harms of the bystander’s phenomenon.The harms of the bystander’s phenomenon are mainly including alienating interpersonal relationships,making social morality utilitarian,negative impact on moral education and so on.Once again,the thesis,based on the moral dilemma of the bystander’s phenomenon in real society,analyzes the reasons.It analyzes and summarizes the moral dilemma of the bystander’s phenomenon in present society,and sums them into moral evaluation misunderstanding,moral control weakening and non-moralism.On this basis,the thesis explores the source of the bystander’s phenomenon.The bystander’s phenomenon,as a negative phenomenon of society,is formed by multifaceted reasons and is studied mainly from the subject and the social perspective.The subject moral reasons include moral cognitive defects,weak moral feelings,weak moral will and moral beliefs weakening and so on.In addition,the bystander’s phenomenon is analyzed from the perspective of social morality.The influence of negative factors of traditional culture,thedisorder of social morality values orientation,the relative lack of social moral support and the bad opinion directions of the mass media are the social moral reasons of the bystander’s phenomenon.In short,the bystander’s phenomenon is the result of a combination of various factors.And finally,the thesis is to seek the ethical path to eliminate the bystander’s phenomenon.The thesis points out that the following principles of disobeying the bystander’s phenomenon needs to be adhered to,that is,the principle of self-discipline and sincere behavior and the principle of norms and autonomy.In terms of the specific path eliminating the bystander’s phenomenon,we should strengthen the moral cultivation of the subject,deepen the moral cognition,expand the moral infection,strengthen the moral internalization,promote the moral sublimation and practice the moral behavior and so on to restore the fine quality of the moral subject.Besides,to improve the social moral environment,we need to promote the modern moral values of traditional morality,set a moral model role,cultivate the socialist core values,improve the public awareness of social morality and strengthen social moral support to improve social morality. |
