Transformation Of "Hoodlum" Of The Chinese Communist Party During The Anti-japanese War

During the Anti-Japanese War,the Chinese communist party faced serious economic and military crisis.In order to get out of the crisis as quickly as possible,mobilizing all the forces which can be mobilized to participate in the production became the first choice to solve the problem.With the successful practice of nanniwan as beginning,the Chinese communist party had launched a mass production campaign in all its strongholds.Party members,government officials,soldiers,citizens,students had been mobilized to participate in the production,“hoodlum” was the only potential labor force to be mobilized for the government.At that time,because of the common influence of natural and man-made disasters,all the base areas had lots of “hoodlum”,causing serious harm to the base areas: on the economic side,they not only didn't participate in productive labor,but also obstructed production activities;on the social side,many of their bad habits had disturbed social order and corrupted the social atmosphere;on the political side,they were easily exploited by the enemy,severely impeding the Chinese communist party's rural mobilization.Transforming “hoodlum” and making them in production were urgent.Base government adopted various measures to “hoodlum” for the success of reform: solving practical difficulties,so that they could have the basic conditions for participation in production;suiting the remedy to the case and moving to persuade could solve their problems in thought;using the power of role models,one is the power of the working heroes,and the other is the power of the role models of the reform successful “hoodlum”,which could inspire them to be positive,strive to follow the example and be a role model;mobilizing the forces of all aspects of society to promote the transformation of “hoodlum”,on the one hand,crowding out stubborn “hoodlum” made them have to be turned on in the face of powerful social media,on the other hand,the reform of the “hoodlum”,which was under the supervision of the whole society,had made the achievements of the transformation stable and continue to develop.The “hoodlum” after transforming actively put into production,production enthusiasm had never been higher,becoming an important force in the production,having a harmonious family,and actively supporting the leadership of the Chinese communist party,produced good economic,social and political benefits.This paper is based on abundant historical materials,Summing up a large number of successful transformation cases of “hoodlum”,and applying the relevant theory of sociology,anthropology and psychology analysis of reform measures and interpretation,providing a reference of some social problems to solve for our country now.
