China is a sports dance big country,but in recent years of distance sports dance world powers have a certain gap.The sports dance and scientific research of Europe and the United States and other countries to carry out very early,many countries have set up the specialty colleges and universities and research institutions,such as the UK,Sweden,the United States,Russia,Australia,etc.Their sports dance project prosperity in recent decades,many countries have set up the specialty colleges and universities and research institutions,such as Britain,the United States,Russia,and other countries.And in every international competition after the expert research exchanges and assembly.Through communication research,need to find a more effective training methods and scientific dance techniques,the improve the competitive level of sports dance players provides a very big help.In recent years,the sports dance in our country engaged in scientific research has made some achievements,but the total research is narrow,mainly concentrated in the teaching research and the market situation of the theory,can not meet the training needs,but the real practice of the study less and less,especially the sports movement dance related physiological and biochemical aspects of the research,has not yet been carried out,the effect of improving the level of competitive sports dance in china.Therefore,the study of the relationship between sports dance and aerobic endurance,not only can be more reasonable to develop athletes training plan,improve the level of Chinese athletes.It is also more conducive to China's sports dance and fitness on a new height.To explore the possible mechanism of sports dance on human aerobic endurance.It can provide scientific guidance for college students to improve their aerobic ability,provide theoretical basis for the formulation of sports dance prescription,and further deepen and enrich the theoretical knowledge of sports dance.The study takes 16 college students majoring in sports dance in Xi'an Physical Education University as the subjects(health and professional dance).This paper attempts to prove that sports dance training has a positive effect on College Students' aerobic endurance.In the study,a single group before and after the control experiment.The index using the Ergoline power car,Germany cardiopulmonary exercise test system Metamax3 b,Cortex gas analyzer,metabolic OMRON electronic sphygmomanometer and electronic spirometer testing 16 college students of sports dance special class 18 weeks before and after training of aerobic endurancetraining,and the relevant data were statistically analyzed.The results showed that after 18 weeks of sports dance training,the 16 students vo2 Max,vital capacity,rapid vital capacity,vital capacity and a second pulmonary ventilation,have very significant difference compared with the experiment before(respectively p values < 0.01).And special endurance has also improved.Institute of the relevant data shows that sports dance training vo2 Max has a promoting effect of college students,and to improve the students' cardiopulmonary function has a positive effect,and the effect is remarkable.But also can improve special endurance.This research conclusion obtained for requires the ability to improve their aerobic fitness and gives reference to the improvement of athletes.
