The Research On The Relationship Among Quality Of Life,Psychache And Suicidal Ideation Of The Male Drug Abstainers

ObjectiveInvestigate the male drug abstainers' status of the suicide ideation,understand the suicidal ideation and quality of life in the relations,and explore the mediating mechanism of psychache.MethodAdopting cluster random sampling method,make 260 male drug abstainers from a compulsory isolation detoxification in a city to do Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale(SIOSS),Psychache Scale(PAS)and Quality of Life for drug Addicts(QOL-DA),construct the structural equation model and explore its mechanism.Result1.The score of suicidal ideation in drug abstainers is 9.26±4.54 and the suicidal ideation rate is 34.48% in drug abstainers.2.Suicidal ideation and quality of life(r = 0.63),psychache(r=0.44)have a significant positive correlation(p<0.05)3.Psychache played a role of mediator in the relationship between quality of life and suicidal ideation.Conclusion1.The incidence of suicidal ideation in compulsory isolation detoxification is high.2.The quality of life is an important factor of suicidal ideation in the male drug abstainers..3.Psychache mediates the link between quality of life and suicidal ideation.
