Objective:The study is aimed to explore the resilience of ankylosing spondylitis patients, understand the characteristics of resilience in these people who live along with long-term and continuous pressure, and analyze the influence factors of the resilience. On these basis, the author designs a psychological intervention which conforms to the characteristics of the ankylosing spondylitis patients so that it can help explore the influence that psychological intervention has on their resilience, emotion, pain self-efficacy and Perceived social support, and help patients have a better life. Methods:From October 2015 to September 2016,with convenient sampling method, there were 189 ankylosing spondylitis patients who met the inclusion criteria and voluntarily participated in the baseline survey. The patients should complete the general situation questionnaire, visual analogus scale,Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,Pain Self-Efficacy Questionnaire,Positive Affect and Negative Affect Schedule and Perceived social support scale when they were admitted to hospital.Their Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate and C-reactive protein would be collect at the same time.70 patients were selected in the study of psychological intervention, but there remain 65 patients who had complete the whole study. Both groups accepted conventional nursing intervention, but the experimental group accepted psychological intervention at the same time. After the intervention, both groups completed those questionnaire again.Results:1,The baseline survey results(1)Resilience of ankylosing spondylitis patients was 66.69±14.93.The score of the strength(2.90±0.67)was the highest, the tenacity(2.58±0.64)was middle, and the optimism(2.50±0.69)was the lowest. There were no significant difference(t=1.288,p>1.288)between patient's resilience and the national norm.(2)The resilience of ankylosing spondylitis patients has no significant differences in sex, cultural level, health care type, existing pain intensity, and disease activity index(p>0.05);Different groups of age, occupation, marriage,ESR and CRP level has significant differences in resilience(p<0.05).(3)Different groups of positive and negative emotions(F=29.938,p<0.001;F=0.001,p<0.001),pain self-efficacy(F=26.723,p<26.723),and social support(F=17.982,p<0.001)patients existed significant differences in resilience.(4)The pain self-efficacy,positive emotions, perceived social support score and resilience has significant positive correlation(p<0.01);Negative emotions and resilience has significant negative correlation(p<0.01).(5)Regression analysis showed that the main influence factors of the resilience were: positive emotions, perceived social support score and pain self-efficacy.2,The psychological intervention results(1)Before and after the psychological intervention, the experimental group has a significant improvement in the field of resilience, emotions, perceived social support score and pain self-efficacy(p<0.01).The control group has significant differences in strength, resilience and perceived social support score(p<0.01).Both groups of patients' ESR and CRP were significantly decreased after the intervention(p<0.01).(2)Two groups' resilience, emotions, perceived social support score and pain self-efficacy both have significant differences(p<0.01)after the psychological intervention; The experimental group's difference value of resilience, emotions, perceived social support score and pain self-efficacy before and after the intervention have significantly greater than the control group(p< 0.01).Conclusion:(1)The resilience of ankylosing spondylitis patients is at the middle and lower levels.(2)The general demographic data, disease characteristics, emotions, pain self-efficacy and perceived social support can to influence of ankylosing spondylitis patients' resilience to a certain degree.(3)The psychological intervention can improve the level of ankylosing spondylitis patients' resilience, and emotional state, pain self-efficacy and perceived social support also be improved.
