The Research On The Address Of“Xiong/Ge”

Address is a social interaction,which reflects the personal relationship,pecking relationship between interpersonal communication.In the beginning,‘Xiong/Ge'was used as relative address,but with Buddhist culture entering China,‘Xiong'has been used as imitation of the address in literature of Buddhism.‘Ge' was used as relative address,began in the tang dynasty,which borrowed from Xianbei.In the later,for matching the Chinese culture properly,the meaning of‘father'was disappeared,‘Ge' was only expressed ‘brother'.In the song and yuan period,with the prosperity of novels and dramas,‘Ge' had appeared in the colloquial style,and it began to expand social relations.In addition to the ‘Xong/Ge' in the history of research on the semantic changes,combing with all kinds of local dialects,we examine the ‘Xong/Ge's disciplinarian in the modern Chinese language.As for the usage of ‘brother',there is large difference between the north and south dialect area,but in the context of a single dialect area inside the cities,the difference is small.Under the influence of network language,‘Ge' has been illegibility in gender and species.Finally,combined with concrete examples,this paper analysesthe evolution of ‘Xiong/Ge' is not only influenced by language and decategorization,also restricted by the social factors and psychological dynamic factors.So ‘Xiong/Ge' is still restricted by these factors in the future,and it will remain with the meaning of ‘old brother'.‘Ge' is likely to change in the semantic category with the influence of network of new words.About these new words,there is to be further demonstrated in the future research.
