Research On The Responsibility Of Jinjiang Government In The Protection Of Intangible Cultural Heritage

With the rapid development of the economy and technology,traditional culture is disappearing.As an important part of traditional culture,intangible cultural heritage is in danger of disappearing,so that the protection of intangible cultural heritage is emergent.As the main body of the protection of intangible heritage,government has inescapable responsibility.In recent years,government has achieve a bit success,but problems are bound to arise.This paper focuses on the problem of government responsibility in the protection of intangible cultural heritage,discusses the deficiency of the local government behavior in the protection of intangible cultural heritage,and aims to propose some improvement ideas in the protection of intangible cultural heritage.This paper is divided into six parts.The introduction part introduced the research background and significance,reviewed relevant research at home and abroad,sorted out the relevant public management theory,and paved the way for the expansion of this paper.The second chapter defined the concept and characteristics of intangible cultural heritage,introduced the concept and rules in the protection of intangible cultural heritage,explained the local government responsibility.The third chapter described Jinjiang intangible cultural heritage resources and protection situation,and reviewed the relevant the intangible cultural protection work of Jinjiang.The fourth chapter analyzed the existing problems which government exercised responsibility of the protection of Jinjiang intangible cultural heritage.Then this part dissected the causes of these problems.The fifth chapter put forward some suggestion to solve these problems.For us,the government should play a dominant role in the protection of intangible cultural heritage,advocate and promote the protection work,which can coordinate the sustainable development of material and spiritual civilization.
