Research On Habermas's Thought Of Social Governance

Governance and social governance is a major innovation of our party's ruling concept,but also an objective requirement for the development of socialism in our country.At present,our country is in the crucial period of comprehensive deepening reform,accelerate the transformation of society,social governance is facing new problems,so we need to innovate and improve China's social governance theory,promote the practice of social governance in our country.Habermas' s thought of social governance has pointed out the direction for us to innovate the social governance: on the basis of the practice of democracy and rule of law,we should speed up the cultivation of public sphere,public spirit and civil society.Habermas' s thought of social governance are the main thoughts and theories of democracy and the rule of law in transition theory,communicative rationality of public domain structure,are still important to China social governance and global governance theory: provide theoretical resources for the innovation of social governance innovation,Chinese thought system;provide theoretical guidance for the construction of the building,Chinese public domain law;"provides a new view of world citizen" theory,rational Utopia and Utopia for global governance and global governance.Although Habermas' s thought of social governance in the practice of accelerating social governance on far-reaching significance,but also has some flaws: communicative competence and social governance practice Utopia has a gap;the structural transformation of public sphere theory limitations in practice hard;"world citizen" theory was denounced as a Utopia of global governance.
