With the development of society and the increasingly fierce competition,the modern society is facing great pressure of work has been no doubt.The author takes the "Sudden death" as the key word to search on Baidu,there are about 2000000 search results,we can see that the influence of working pressure is wide and the harm is deep.Academic research on job stress has a long history,the research literature on the current job stress mainly focuses on two questions: "what is the pressure" and "what will the consequences be",the research on" how to ease the work pressure is relatively small.At present,the research results of work stress relief can be divided into two categories: a class think that can be mitigated by social support,such as the relevant laws and regulations,while others think that through organizational support to ease,such as job rotation,job flexibility,loose organization culture,but received little effect.In addition,the existing theoretical framework of research on work pressure were established in the Western cultural background,lack of match and applicability of China situation and culture.Although the academic does not have the perfect solution,the author of this paper and the research team found that in the interview and investigation,in recent years there have been a number of domestic enterprises,these enterprises will be the connotation of Confucianism and the core form and system,applied in the enterprise management,through the practice of Confucian culture,good relief the working pressure of the problem.Based on this observation,this paper selects the representative typical cases,through a single case longitudinal study,use the decoding procedure of the procedural grounded theory method to carry on the open decoding,the principal axis decoding and the selective decoding to the 12.1 word first-hand interview data and a large number of second-hand data.Combined with the related theory,put forward the following propositions:(1)The Confucian culture education for the purpose of pursuing the happiness of employees is the premise and foundation of the practice of Confucian culture in the context of localization management;(2)In the Confucian culture education and Confucian culture in the process of practice,,in order to gain the trust of employees to build mutual trust,managers must take the lead.Set a good example;(3)The filial piety is the theme of the Confucian culture education and a large number of staff to care for the theme of the Confucian cultural practice will make the employee probation;(4)Probation staff will change their cognition,improve their behavior,cognition and behavior will deepen their degree of mutual promotion,the work relations improved,work family balance,thus easing in working relationships and work family balance work pressure;(5)The management will change their management style and communication,Resulting in reduced workload,corporate reputation and image enhancement,and thus bring organizational and social support,thereby easing the workload,organization and social support work pressure.Finally,based on the above propositions,this paper puts forward a theoretical model of how to relieve the working pressure in the practice of Confucian culture.
