The communicative competence of language is an important goal of language learning,and the practical ability of language is also an important embodiment of students’ learning ability,As a result,learning the speech acts plays an important role in improving students’ communicative competence,However,whether the arrangement of speech act is scientific or not directly affects the students’ communicative competence,and it is necessary to study the arrangement of speech act in oral English textbooks.On the basis of speech act theory,this paper analyzes the arrangement of speech acts in the Short-term spoken Chinese and Chinese conversation 301,Compared the types and distribution of speech act,the specific expressions and distribution of seven specific speech acts,and the settings of exercises in two textbooks,Refered to the speech acts in the Functional Syllabus for primary stage of TCSL.We found that writers are consciously arrange the speech acts into the teaching materials,and the exercises set more scientific,But there are still some problems in the arrangement of the speech acts in the two textbooks,There are Some problems in the proportion,the distribution of speech act,and the order of the Specific types speech acts and its diversity,Aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward that the arrangement of speech acts in Chinese oral textbooks should follow the principles of practicality,priority,easy to difficult and diversity.
