In recent years, several North American new immigrant Chinese novels which describe and reflect Counter-Japanese War have appeared.Picking mainstream literary awards or obtaining success in the book market and the film adaptation, they become a cultural phenomenon that cannot afford to overlook. The writing of Counter-Japanese War in North American new immigrants' hands are a kind of overseas continuation about Chinese native Counter-Japanese War novels, and because of their special production environment, they have become unique artistic charm and value of thought literature samples, not only enrich and deepen our understanding of the CounterJapanese War,but also to provide references and inspirations for the local war writing. This article takes North American new immigrant Chinese novels which include the writing of Counter-Japanese War as research object, through reading carefully and analyzing,to refine the prominent features in the writing, especially those thought and creative thinking that have not appeared in the Chinese native novels but appeared in the North American new immigrant Chinese novels. The main purpose of this thesis is to take " Counter-Japanese War " as key words,to breakthrough and observe the whole novels writing,to sum up the basic and fundamental rules and the thought about Counter-Japanese War of North American new immigrant writers. Finally, this thesis tries to analyze writing psychology and cultural psychology behind the text. The author tries to develop a new perspective for the study of North American new immigrant Chinese novels,to enrich and supplement the current research status. In this paper,we find that in North American new immigrant Chinese novels, the writing of Counter-Japanese War are connected with diaspora experience closely, and show up three main features.First, they reconstruct the image of heroes with their own thought. The heroes are no longer officers or folk tough men,but the tenacious and brave people whose discourse are weak, identity are marginal and fate are tough.Second, they discuss the ethical questions in war with feelings of humanitarian.Between nation and individual, they desalinate the responsibility and emphasize complex inner world;between ourselves and the enemy, they advocate objective rational view, and stand on humanitarian grounds to show mercy to enemy's misfortune;they put forward unique opinions on the questions of justice in the war, reveal the absurdity of war, exploring the ultimate meaning of war.Third, they examine the trauma of war through international vision. Not only pay attention to the nature of good or evil and show sympathy for people who suffered from persecution and diaspora suffering, but also stand on the level of humanistic to think about the fragility and crisis of modern civilization. The reason why North American new immigrant interested in the history of Counter-Japanese War and keep seeking the writing of Counter-Japanese War is complex, including homesickness, ethnic identity construction, anxiety mediation and other complex motives, reflecting the demands of identity and emotional pursuit. This also led to the personal experience and subjectivity in the writing of Counter-Japanese War is too strong, and even cause some confusion during judging the history, which we should treat rationally.
