The Study On Xu Fuguan's Cultural Philosophy

As one of the modern new Confucianises,Xu Fuguan's view of Chinese culture has a mo re in-depth study.He had published a large number of treatise on Confucianism,Chinese trad itional culture issues and so on,expressed a heartfelt love to the Chinese traditional culture.H owever,all this is owing to his profound concern for the fate of China's future.He tried to rec onstruct the traditional Chinese culture,to reverse people's past position and viewpoint on Chi nese culture,thus leaving a rich cultural philosophy.He interprets the idea of Yi-ology afresh,and embarks under the influence of Xiong Shili,constructs his own cultural philosophy theor y.Grasping the essence of culture is the logical starting point of all the studies of cultural phil osophy,in this process,he begins with the definition and essence of culture,draws a comparis on between the two concepts of civilization and life,and makes people more comprehensive u nderstanding and understanding of cultural concepts.Then,he put forward the core content of cultural philosophy: The Culture of the heart.From the "Heart" is a part of human physiology structure,to "the culture of the heart" of the specific content,basic characteristics and develo pment of the context,Xu Fuguan's view of "The culture of the heart" is a layer of progress,st ep by step.In the understanding of Xu Fuguan's view,"heart",as the root of culture,is the ma in body of morality,knowledge and art.Therefore,from the perspective of "the culture of the heart",he expounded the philosophy idea of pre-Qin thinkers.Taking Mencius as the represen tative,clarifying the heart is the root of morality,taking Zhuangzi as the representative,clarif ying the heart is the root of art,and taking Xunzi as the representative,clarifying the heart is t he root of cognition.Xu Fuguan's thought of cultural philosophy is style and unique,although he has not constructed his monograph on the Theory of cultural philosophy,but the modern s cholars still believe that it has a strong theoretical and practical significance to study the thoug ht of Xu Fuguan's cultural philosophy.
