In modern society,more and more enterprises emphasize the staff's initiative and spontaneity,give more autonomy to employees.Organizations need employees to show more spontaneous cooperative behavior which is conducive to the development of the organization s.Organizational citizenship behavior is one of the most important aspects.Based on the big five personality theory,attemptting from the perspective of the big five personality traits,and discusses what personality traits of employees can show more organizational citizenship behavior,for organizations to select excellent employees.This research adopts the big five personality questionnaire,Person-organization fit questionnaire and organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire,in Hebei,Beijing,Shandong and other places selected 374 employees to research.Based on the 374 employees,discussed the predictive effects of the five personality dimensions on the behavior of the organization and based on the theory of social identity discussed the moderating effect of the person-organization fit in the middle,using SPSS for data analysis,including descriptive analysis,independent sample t-test,variance analysis and regression analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The big five personality has a significant positive predictive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.In various dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior,conscientiousness,agreeableness on organizational citizenship behavior dimensions have significant positive predictive effect;openness have a positive predictive effect on altruistic behavior between colleagues,have a negative effect on the interpersonal harmony,protecting company resources;neuroticism has a negative effect on the interpersonal harmony and protection of the company resources.(2)The value matching plays a positive role in the regulation between the big five personality and organizational citizenship behavior.(3)The demand supply matching plays a positive moderating role between the big five personality and organizational citizenship behavior.(4)There is no moderating effect on the relationship between the big five personality and organizational citizenship behavior.
