On basis of literature review and interviews, this paper proposed the theoretical structure of person-organization fit and composed person-organization fit questionnaire for enterprise employees. After giving out paper and e-mail questionnaires to 286 enterprise employees, the study explored the prediction of person-organization fit to employee's organizational citizenship behavior turnover intension and working performance. The results demonstrate:1)Employee's values positively predicts organizational citizenship behavior working performance in an obvious way, organizes'values negatively predicts turnover intension in an obvious way,2)Personality traits positively predicts organizational citizenship behavior while negatively predicts turnover intension and working performance both in an obvious way. Culture atmosphere has little prediction of organizational citizenship behavior,turnover intension and working performance,3)D-A fit positively predicts organizational citizenship behavior working performance in an obvious way, N-S fit positively predicts organizational citizenship behavior,working performance while negatively predicts turnover intension both in an obvious way. D-A fit has little prediction of turnover intension turnover intension.
