Employees’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior has becoming a popular variable in the field of organizational behavior research since it was a significant outcome that correlated with many antecedents in previews studies. Based on the literature search,it shows that the Organizational Justice(OJ), employees’level of Work centrality(WC), the Leader-member exchange qulity(LMX) with their leader, and the commitment to supervisor(SC), has significant impact on the employees’ Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)respectively. In this study, the aforesaid5variabes were combined together and included in a path model to explore the relations between variables. In order to test the mediating effect of LMX and SC.,the OJ and WC were taken as antecedents, the LMX and SC were taken as mediating variables, and the OCB was taken as an outcome variable in the path mode.An questionnaire research was conducted with the sample of247employees’ data collected from different kinds of organizations.Besides, to compare the impact size of Contexted-based antecent with Dispositional determinant in path model, this study made a path effect comparison between OJ to OC and WC to OC. Data analysis shows that:1.Employee’s Organizational Justice is positively correlated with leader-member exchange, supervisory commitment and organizational citizenship behavior.2.Employee’s Work Centrality is positively correlated with leader-member exchange, supervisory commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. But Work centrality has no significant impact on leader-member exchange.3.Leader-member exchange partly mediate the positive relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior.4.Supervisory commitment partly mediate the positive relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior.5.Supervisory commitment fully mediate the positive relationship between work centrality and organizational citizenship behavior.6.Leader-member exchange partly mediate the positive relationship between organizational justice and supervisory commitment.7.Organizational justice has a bigger impact on organizational citizenship behavior than work centrality in the path model.
