| Jinling Shide Tang of the end of Ming dynasty the new print of the revised attached with explanatory notes loyalism Jing Chai Ji(hereinafter referred to as the Shide Tang version of The Romance of Hairpin)is one version of the full-length The Romance of Hairpin,which copy was returned back to China by Shizhong Huang in 2006.We will research on its relationship with other versions of The Romance of Hairpin and its relationship with QingYangQiang,the local sound cavity in the Ming dynasty.We tried to give an accurate and reasonable evaluation about the role and position that Shide Tang version of The Romance of Hairpin played in the version system and history of opera.At the same time,the dissertation also involves the illustration and annotation content in this version.The author made a comparison of it with the other versions of The Romance of Hairpin on plots,characters,logic three aspects,in order to present its modification nature.After further comparison with Fuchun Tang version,the author suppose that this two version is the same origin,so the position that Fuchun Tang version worked in The Romance of Hairpin version system should be corrected and updated.That is,Fuchun Tang version should belong to ancient version system as the Shide Tang version instead of to the current version that advocated by educational circlesThe Shide Tang version of The Romance of Hairpin has obvious local vocal performance characteristics.We found it is especially related with QingYangQiang.Comparing with Selections of Ming dynasty opera,the author demonstrates the close relationship between them on aspects of lyrics content and the singing characteristics of QingYangQiang.It should be noticed that Shide Tang version The Romance of Hairpin somewhat refer to fashionable QingYangQiang performance.One of the outstanding characters of all the opera books published by Shide Tang is abundant illustrations and remarks,so the author classified and summarized illustrations and remarks in The Romance of Hairpin,finding that there exist uniform requirements,normative and folk tendencies towards upon books published by Shide Tang.Besides,much common illustrations exist between Fuchun Tang version and Shide Tang version,considering the likewise libretto in both books,the author infer that this two bookshop may borrow master copy mutually.In conclusion,the research made on Shide Tang version 《The Romance of Hairpin》played an important role in version system supplement and classify,as well as the Chinese opera history research. |
