The rapid development of China's economy has brought about a global "Chinese hot" trend.With the advancement of globalization and the spread of Chinese culture,more and more students from Thailand come to China to study Chinese language.But these students face a big challenge in the new environment.Thai and Chinese belong to different language systems which leads to great differences between the two languages.Foreign language teaching involves elements of language teaching,language skill cultivation and the cultivation of communicative competence.For these reasons,the comprehensive course has become the most important lesson in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and plays a crucial role in improving the students' language ability,.This paper mainly discusses the teaching design and content of the primary comprehensive course in Chinese as a foreign language.The author takes lesson sixteen entitled The Pandas Are Cute in textbook Happy Chinese,as an example,designing two hours of teaching process.From the curriculum guide,according to the knowledge characteristics and the nature of vocabulary,grammar and text,puts forward some teaching strategies and teaching methods of personal characteristics,hoping to provide some help for the design of classroom teaching rich foreign language lesson.This paper is divided into five parts,the contents are as follows:Section one is an introduction,mainly elaborating the background,value and significance of this research.Section Two: Research status.This part is divided into two aspects.On the one hand,it describes the current situation of instructional design research,the domestic and foreign teaching design literature and information on the overall review;On the other hand,the study of Chinese teaching status of foreign students in china.The third part elaborates the theoretical basis of the teaching design of the elementary Chinese comprehensive course,the principles in the design process and links,as well as the problems that should be paid attention to in the context of Chinese integrated course.The fourth part: the analysis of the elements of the teaching design of Chinese comprehensive course.Mainly including the teaching demand analysis,the teaching object analysis,the teaching goal analysis as well as the teaching content analysis and so on.With "Happy Chinese"(third volumes)sixteenth class "panda cute" as an example,the specific Chinese teaching design,including teaching materials,teaching content,teaching objectives,teaching links,and after class exercises,etc..The last section evaluates and reflects the teaching design,finding out the harvest and insufficiency,so as to provide more reference for the future teaching.
