Comprehensive course of teaching Chinese as a second language not only cultivate the abilities of listening,speaking,reading,and writing of students,but also train the communication skills.However,students hardly achieve these abilities,when the teacher teaches in a isolated way.Hence,this kind of traditional teaching is not suitable for current Chinese class and tedious.Learners expect to have such a cooperative,harmonious learning environment where the teacher can get along with students.In this condition,situational teaching method is a good measure to employ in the comprehensive teaching.It can let students experience the scene in the classroom in which students learn all sorts of language skills in which their interests intrigued.Studied theoretical basis of situational teaching method current state and tendency,combined author's teaching practice,used case analysis and interview method,a fact can be proved that students will be boosted enthusiasm,nourished their interests and enhance their learning efficiency as long as the teacher constantly interact with students,bring them into given situations in which teacher put language and contexts together.
