The subway is the name card of a city,and the development of subway industry is also important to a city.The subway industry is a labor-intensive industry and has a huge staff size,and these staffs have a lot of psychological appeal.Enterprise Managers adopt a management syle of semimilitary,which make the atmosphere of organizational culture serious.Enterprise leaders pay more attention to the personal safety of subway employees,while ignoring their psychological security.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the psychological health problems of metro employee.Knowing well the research status of the psychological stressor and mental health of employees at home and abroad,the researcher discussed the psychological stressor and mental health status of metro employee through the research methods of qualitative research and questionnaire survey by a case study of X Metro Company.F'inally,based on the psychological stressor and the factors affecting the mental health of metro employee,the researcher put forward the suggestions to alleviate their psychological pressure and improve their mental health.This study is divided into two parts.In the first part,The researcher interviewed 33 metro employees,and then analyzed the interview data and extracted the psychological stressor of the metro employee.The second part was carried out by means of a questionnaire referring to 841 metro employees about their mental health status,then the researcher analyzed the characteristics and influencing factors of the mental health of metro employees and probed into the present situation of their psychological capital,the coping style and the job burnout,and master the relationship of the four variables.At last we established the path model of job burnout,coping style and psychological capital on mental health,exploring the mediating effect of psychological capital on job burnout,coping style and mental health.The conclusions are as follows:(1)By using the qualitative research,the psychological stressor ofinetro employees were extracted in six main aspects:?work environment;?Improper relationships in work;?Family and Work Collide;?Inflexible organizational structure;?Career bottleneck of partial employee;?Pressure of role.(2)There are differences over demography variables of metro employee's mental health assessment questionnaire.These differences were characterised as the following points:the mental health of female employees were significantly lower than that of male employees;The mental health of employees inPassenger Transport Department were significantly lower than that in Steward Department and Dispatching Department;The mental health of unmarried employees were significantly lower than that ofmarried employees.(3)Psychological capital and mental health shows the conspicuous negative correlation;Job burnout and mental health also shows the conspicuous negative correlation;Passive coping style and mental health also shows the conspicuous negative correlation.(4)Job burnout,coping style and psychological capital have prediction function for mental health of metro employee Job burnout,coping style have effect on the mental health,and psychological capital plays a significant intermediary role.
