for comparison among three groups or above.Qualitative data was statistically described by the composition ratio and rate, and the single factor analysis was analyzed by chi-square test.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between variables.Multiple linear regression was used to explore possible influencing factors.Path analysis was used to analyze the mediating role of job input and basic psychological needs between social support and mental health status. Results: The psychological health score of the respondents was 20.93±6.69.Above all,the proportion of mental health,“general” was the highest, accounting for 44.2%.Followed by mental health,“poor”,accounting for 32.0%.According to the average scores of mental health scores of different demographic and social characteristics,we found that men's mental health was lower than that of women. In terms of marital status, married employees' mental health was the best, followed by unmarried each dimensions were significantly correlated with mental health status. These variables were negatively correlated with mental health scores, and the correlation coefficient between vitality and mental health scores was the lowest. In further linear regression analysis, the higher the level of employees' satisfaction requirements and their belonging needs, the lower mental health scores would be,which mean the better their mental health status would be.The higher the subjective support and support utilization, the lower score of mental health, indicated that the better the mental health status would be.Pearson correlation analysis was conducted among social support, work engagement and mental health. And results showed that there were significant correlations(P<0.05)among social support, engagement and mental health K10 total scores(P<0.05).A test model Social support was established, social support as the independent variable, work engagement as the mediating variable and K10 as dependent variables. Results revealed that social support had a direct negative effect on K10 total score, and it also had a indirect negative effect on the K10 total score through work engagement. The effect, that is,work engagement played a partial intermediary role between social support and employee mental health, which indicated that social support and work engagement have a positive predictive effect on mental health status.Through the analysis of social support, basic mental health needs satisfaction and mental health status, the total social support scores and its each dimensions, basic mental health needs and all dimensions were significantly negatively correlated with K10 total score.Social support was used as the independent variable, the basic psychological needs as the mediating variables and score, and it also had a indirect negative effect on the K10 total score through the basic psychological needs, the basic psychological needs meet the social support and the employee mental health.Basic
