Study On The Protection And Exploitation Of Rural Folk Custom Resources In Tongliao

Located in the Horqin grassland of Tongliao city as a regional economic activity as the main production in agriculture and animal husbandry,is a prefecture level city in the most concentrated and the whole of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Mongolian population,the Mongolian population throughout the city in various counties in rural and urban areas,the local rural folk with a few strong Chinese cultural characteristics.In the long history of the development process,the local people of all ethnic groups to create and develop a rich ethnic and regional characteristics of the Horqin culture.In recent years,with the rapid increase of local economic development and foreign exchange,Tongliao City,the vast rural areas of traditional folk culture is inevitably affected by the new life style and cultural trends,how to improve the people's living standards and the protection and inheritance of local folk culture,has become a realistic problem urgently to be solved.Tongliao is a region inhabited by ethnic minorities,has a large rural population,the local village of village folk culture resources development and protection research,if the research is used properly,it will not contribute to the protection and development of rural folk culture resources in the area,but also help to promote the local development of the rural economy and socialism the construction of spiritual civilization.Based on the summary of previous research results and experiences,combined with their own work experience and life experience,and combining with the on-the-spot investigation,starting from the survival,protection and development of the local rural folk culture,widely distributed in the Tongliao area of the Horqin local culture at the grassroots level in the state analysis and research,to explore the art the value,put forward views and suggestions to solve the traditional folk culture and local problems,to explore the Tongliao area of the Horqin local culture at the grassroots level heritage,how to solve the relationship between inheritance and innovation,maintenance and development in the minority areas of rural traditional culture.The first part is an introduction.From the theoretical and practical point of view,this paper expounds the significance of this topic and research purposes and research methods.The second part is the introduction of the related concepts of rural folk culture resources and the research status at home and abroad.The third part is about the status quo of the folk culture resources in rural areas of Tongliao city and Tongliao area administration,population,history and culture are briefly introduced,which focuses on the Tongliao area representative of folk culture resources,such as art,diet,sports,clothing and festivals.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems in the development and protection of rural folk resources in Tongliao.The fifth part is some suggestions on the protection and rational development of the rural folk culture resources in Tongliao,including the government management,folk heritage,commercial development,etc.
