The study of “going to enter junior middle schools”students has received more and more attention from professional researchers.Especially in recent years,the parent group of young people is one of the most anxious groups in China,known as the "little idiot".The parents are suffering from stress and confusion due to their children's education problems,anxiety and other psychological problems are becoming more and more serious in today's increasingly competitive world,and there's a lot of bad things that happen to parents.This is a topic of great concern to society.At present,psychologists and education experts have a lot of research on the psychological anxiety of home,which provides a theoretical basis for the innovation and practicability of this study.However,the research on the psychological anxiety of this special group of parents is still in the process of trial,and there is not much research on the background of the current era and the anxiety of parents.The study on the relationship between the combination of personality traits,coping the self rating anxiety scale,"Big Five personality" test method,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire of three internationally recognized social status,to present the group faces as the starting point,with reference to foreign Psychoanalysis and domestic psychologists about definition of anxiety.This paper mainly discusses the present situation of the parents' psychological anxiety and the causes and countermeasures.With the status of the group facing the social as the breakthrough point,refer to foreign and domestic psychologists to psychoanalysis on the definition of anxiety,combined with the personality traits,and study the relationship between coping style and anxiety.Take the different primary schools in Chengdu Chenghua District as an example,and conduct questionnaire and interview with parents who are going to grade 6.Based on the 411 valid samples and 10 parent interviews with different levels,the group was found to be moderately anxious and frequently,and there were differences in gender,residence,education,income and other demographic variables:The degree of anxiety of high school educated women is the most significant.According to the results,the reasons for the group's psychological anxiety are: scarcity of high-quality education resources,unfair competition,unstable family relationships,excessive expectations,etc.and the countermeasures and Suggestions for alleviating anxiety were given in combination with the methods of experts and parents.This research used a questionnaire to collect related data samples,at the same time analysis of generation mechanism,form of parental anxiety.This research is to explore an effective way to alleviate parent's anxiety and improve parents' psychological condition.Research for the mental health of the parent group construction has very practical significance to promote social harmony.The characteristics and innovations of the study are to expand the scope of anxiety research,the study object is the normal group of parents,which is more focused on anxiety disorders than previous studies on anxiety,and the lack of developmental research is an improvement.Some practical suggestions are also given in the paper,in order to prevent and mitigate the consequences of this group,it provides a theoretical and methodological reference to reduce the occurrence of the tragedy.
