This paper first reviews the relevant concepts,systematically reviews the results of research on the relationship between children's emotion understanding of children's anxiety,and parents family expressiveness and children's anxiety,while the domestic research in this field at present situation and existing problems are analyzed.There is a significant correlation between the three.Through the analysis,it is found that few studies in China have combined family expressiveness with the development of children's emotional ability to explore the impact of anxiety on children.This research is based on the perspective of psychological theory,analysis of the existing problems in the field,put forward the problem of this study,and for 4-5 years old children and their parents were tested for the three study,a method of test and interview method to study the development trend of the story of4-5years old children's emotion understanding and features.The second is the types and characteristics of children's anxiety of parents family expressiveness questionnaire of.On the basis of a detailed study of the characteristics of parents,family display,children's emotional understanding and anxiety of young children,and on this basis,in-depth study and analysis of the relationship between the three,the conclusions are as follows:Parents affected by different family expressiveness education level,occupation and other factors;positive disclosure and children's anxiety was significantly negatively related to parents,parents in the family more positive expressiveness,possibility of childhood anxiety problems less.The 4-5 year old children's emotional understanding at this age rapid development,mainly in facial recognition as the main understanding of the way,the understanding of mixed emotions also increased with age.In this study,we find that the most significant is the separation anxiety in children's anxiety problems.With the growth of children's age,anxiety also showed a downward trend.At the same time also compares some problems at home and abroad in this aspect of the lack of previous studies,22 more related study of the three variables,this study through the analysis related to the interaction between the three were analyzed,found that children's emotion understanding of belief desire emotion understanding and family interaction on children's anxiety.Both parental family expressiveness and children's emotional comprehension ability were significantly related to anxiety.Among them,parents' positive exposure can better predict children's emotionalcomprehension ability,and the better the children's emotional understanding,the less likely the anxiety problems of children are,and the three are closely related.The conclusion of this study and put forward the problems,on the basis of this,brings some good basis for the future us to understand more deeply the children's anxiety problems,help us more fully know the cause of children's anxiety,this can make timely prevention and intervention measures.Children's emotional understanding will also be trained to promote the development of children's social cognitive ability.Family education for parents also creates some theoretical and practical implications.
