Research On The Technological Innovation System Of Cultural Manufacturing Industry

As an important part of the cultural industry,the cultural manufacturing industry is an important industrial sector in the development of the national economy.After more than 30 years of development,although China has become a large producer of cultural products,the cultural manufacturing industry is still at a stage of low value-added development.Many cultural industries are faced with OEM(original equipment manufacturer)processing,lack of independent brands,low value-added products,environmental and resource pressure and other difficulties.As a typical representative of the cultural manufacturing industry,the piano industry also faces the problems of lack of independent brands and low technical content.At the same time,governments of all countries always try to play a decisive role in the process of enterprise innovation in practice.Therefore,it is of great practical and theoretical value to realize the continuous innovation and upgrading of cultural manufacturing technology through government actions.This article starts with the background of the topic and the significance of the research,sorting out the domestic and foreign researches of technological innovation,government behavior,cultural manufacturing and other related literature,building a research system of technological innovation and government behavior of cultural manufacturing based on the overview of related theories,and we selected Deqing piano industry in Zhejiang Province as the research object.Through field research,we found that the piano industry in Deqing has such problems as immature production technology,lack of human resources,lack of entrepreneurial innovative awareness and absence of government support.Therefore,the article starts from two aspects:on the one hand,the endogenous influencing factors of technological innovation include technology,talents and entrepreneurs;on the other hand,it is the government behavior of external influential factors oriented to technological innovation and development.From these two perspectives,a research framework for technological innovation and government behavior is constructed,which includes technology(product innovation,process innovation and technology introduction),talent(mainly including technical personnel and management personnel),entrepreneurs(mainly aimed at entrepreneurial innovation preferences)and the government(policy support and platform to provide)four research dimensions.Finally,according to the existing problems,this paper proposes the development of culture manufacturing industry from several aspects such as the research and development and introduction of technology,the internal training and external introduction of talents,the improvement of entrepreneurial innovation consciousness and the government providing innovation environment,making innovation policy and establishing innovation platform and so on to develop technological innovation,with a view to promoting innovation and development of cultural manufacturing.
