The ultimatum game is a classic paradigm, the fair distribution of individual behavior of the fair or not influenced by many factors, such as the subjects of cognition, personality development, etc.,more and more researchers think the result of a game process and to a large extent affected by the game both sides psychological factors. However, some people do not pay attention to fairness without reference, only when compared with others, they will consider whether their own resource income is fair.Social comparison theory of social cognition holds that individual social comparison is inseparable from the process of individual cognitive processing and needs to be aware, cognize and evaluate the state of oneself and others. Therefore, this research through the study of children aged 4 to 8 in the false belief task and behavior in the ultimatum game, explore the theory of children's psychological development, the relationship between the social comparison and fair distribution.Furthermore,it further discusses the influence of the development level of theory of mind on social comparison and fair distribution behavior in children's game games. The results were as follows: a total of 175 preschoolers and first-grade children in preschool and primary school were selected for the experiment, and two false belief tasks and ultimatum game tasks were carried out in theory of mind.(1)through the study of the false belief task,it is shown that there is a significant age difference in the development of children's theory of mind, and there is no significant gender difference.Through the study of the final game task,it is found that there is a significant age difference in children's fair distribution behavior, and there is no significant gender difference.(2)social comparison has a significant impact on children's distributive justice. When children are compared up or down,it will affect their fair distribution behavior. The downward comparison had a significant effect on the minimum acceptable value of responders.(3)children's theory of mind, social comparison and fair distribution behavior are related. There is a significant negative correlation between the development level oftheory of mind and the maximum distribution value, which is positively correlated with the minimum acceptance value. There is a significant negative correlation between social comparison and maximum distribution and minimum acceptance.(4)the developmental level of theory of mind of children influences its fair distribution behavior in game games, and plays a regulating role between social comparison and fair distribution behavior. The social comparison has no obvious influence on the fair distribution behavior of children who have not passed the theory of mind; The social comparison will have a significant impact on the fair distribution behavior of children through the first level false belief.Through second-order false belief children, social comparison will have a very significant impact on their fair distribution behavior. The above results show that the social comparison dramatically affects the children aged 4 to 8 game fair distribution behavior of task, influence on children's game of social comparison is based on children's psychological state toward themselves and others perceive and evaluate based on psychological theories, the developmental level of theory of mind in social comparison on the fair distribution behavior of regulating role.
