Since the 2008 financial crisis,the global foreign trade,financial,political and cultural environment have undergone profound changes.Cultural products trade is an important part of China's foreign trade.Its export is not only economic,but also an important part of the communication between Chinese culture and the world culture.According to the statistics of the Ministry of Commerce,the total import and export of our cultural products was 97 billion 100 million US dollars in 2017,up 10.2%,the development momentum was good,and the economic and political benefits were greatly improved.It can be said that the cultural product trade is an extremely important part of China's foreign trade,and the core cultural products are more "cultural added value" products in the cultural products.APEC countries are a force that can not be ignored on the world economic and political stage.Since the financial crisis,what are the new changes in the export of the core cultural products of the APEC countries? What are the key factors that affect the export of core cultural products? What are the advantages and disadvantages of China's core cultural products export in the new situation and new stage? How can we promote the export of our core cultural products in a better way? This paper,starting with the general theory of cultural product trade and drawing on the useful experience of the predecessors,makes the research more pertinent and more realistic through the precise subdivision of the core cultural products and the "cultural attributes" in the cultural products.The thesis is divided into five parts: This article puts forward the following views:Politics,economy and culture blend with each other,and cultural trade plays a more and more important role in today's international trade.The "cultural endowment" in the theory of comparative advantage has an important influence on cultural trade.The theory of economic scale,the theory of demand similarity,the theory of competitive advantage and the theory of strategic trade are all applicable to cultural trade.The improvement of cultural infrastructure,"cultural discounts","cultural field",the size of trade overlap,"consumption addiction","cultural distance" and other factors have had a certain impact on the trade of cultural products.Starting from the basic concepts related to culture,this article further defines the core cultural products.Through the further optimization of the traditional classification,we abandon the commodity goods which are overweight in the goods trade,select the representative core cultural products,and highlight the pertinence of the research.Cultural trade has its unique characteristics.First,the consumption preference has continuity,that is,the consumption of cultural products will increase marginal utility.Two,"cultural discounts" effect is obvious."Cultural discount" refers to cultural differences such as geographical distance,historical background,life style,value orientation and so on.The acceptance of cultural communication will be involuntarily reduced and even distorted by the audience,which will affect the trade of cultural products.The three is that the transaction cost of cultural products is high.China's cultural trade has entered a new era since the "Eighteen big" of the party,forming a good situation of the coordinated promotion of private capital and government policies.In the development of cultural industry,China has many advantages,such as rich cultural resources,huge market potential,unique economic system and other advantages.However,there is still greater space for the development of cultural understanding,property rights protection and cultural industry basis.The trade scale of China's core cultural products fluctuates occasionally,showing a steady increase in the whole.The export regional structure of China's core cultural products is unreasonable,its main export is mainly concentrated in the high income economy.The trade volume of one country in the United States occupies 59% of China's core cultural products in the APEC countries,and the export concentration is too high.The main export of China's core cultural products is mainly "soft products",and interactive media and books and periodicals products occupy the vast majority of the export volume,and the export structure is relatively reasonable.Empirical research shows that the impact of economic scale and cultural distance on the export of core cultural products is the most significant.The economic scale of the importing country grows by 1% every year,and China's exports to its core cultural products will increase by 0.982%.When cultural distance increases by 1%,exports will decrease by 0.281%.Suggestions on promoting the export of cultural products: first,promoting the supply side reform of cultural industries,mainly from the training of talents and the protection of intellectual property rights.Two,we should optimize the layout of trade,adjust the geographical distribution of cultural products,and optimize the distribution of cultural products.The three is to create a good international image of China,"The Belt and Road" as the basis,government,academia,citizens,multi enterprise collaborative force.
