From Heilongjiang,Beijing,Tianjin and Henan and other regions,selecting 400 employees as the research object,including state workers?technicians?insurers?doctorsand other professional,measuring questionnaire,end up with 259 valid data.According to the valid data of staff has the self-leadership?workplace spirituality?affective commitment and innovation behavior four variables described statistics,difference test,correlation analysis,the mediate effect and moderating effect.Research has shown that employees with self-leadership?workplace spirituality?affective commitment and innovation behavior are in average level,at the same time the four variables are there were significant differences in the demographic variables.First of all,the employee self-leadership and three dimensions are in average level,and self-leadership in the job have significant main effect on the professional background,types and marital status on the interaction of the department exist significant differences.Second,the employees' workplace spirituality in the average level and workplace spirituality significant differences on the position and professional background,i.e.the higher the position staff with professional spirit level is higher,the different professional background staff with workplace spirituality level,at the same time,the level of the staff workplace spirituality up under the influence of type and marital status.Moreover,employees with affective commitment and innovation behavior there are significant differences on some demographic variables.Finally,self-leadership can affect workplace spirituality,thus affecting innovation behavior of Hierarchical Linear Model was verified;Workplace spirituality which can influence the affective commitment,and then influence the innovation behavior of Hierarchical Linear Model was verified;Affective commitment,workplace spirituality and innovation behavior between the self-leadership of the moderate partly verified.This study will survey results for data analysis,put forward the following Suggestions:? The whole society should realize the importance of the external environment for individuals.? Managers based on the truth change management way,makes the boundaryless organization to promote communication,let employees in the thought collision mobilize enthusiasm,better play to the innovation.? Individual staff realize the importance of their own development,timely perfect themselves,at the same time promote individual spiritual ascension and the spiritual integration organization.
