During the archaeological excavation of the Paleolithic Archaeological Site, there will be a large number of fossils and stoneware. These paleoenvironmental information of fossils and stoneware is an important archaeological data. The bio-population and size of biota around the site can be inferred through the type and amount of fossils, the degree of civilization at that time can be reflected by means of the production of stoneware. The storage of fossils and stoneware information according to the geographic spatial data can be summarized as spatial data and attribute data.Archaeological researchers not only need to organize and store archeological related data, but also take into account the geographical spatial data such as maps of the terrain and relics around the site. However, traditional databases have poor spatial and temporal expression capabilities and have certain limitations in spatial data management and spatial visualization. However, traditional databases have some limitations in spatial data management and spatial visualization. The GIS system's powerful spatial data management capabilities can realize storage and organization of archeological attribute data and spatial data.At the same time, the spatial database can effectively achieve the query and modification of data, facilitate management, easy visualization, good sharing, and can better serve archaeological research. With the continuous development of GIS and technology, the application of three-dimensional GIS in archaeological work is becoming more and more extensive.Three-dimensional visual reconstruction in archaeological work can not only display archaeological sites and relics better, but also collect and store their spatial information and attribute data in an all-round way, which will accumulate abundant materials for subsequent archaeological research, cultural heritage protection and exhibition. Therefore, based on the GIS technology, this paper establishes the thematic database and visualizations of the Majuangou. With the help of Three-dimensional GIS visualization technology,we can understand and express archaeological data from the perspective of three-dimensional space directly. We establishes a database to store and organize archaeological data and displays it visually. The paper mainly uses the sample data and archaeological materials of Majuangou site in Nihewan, building a three-dimensional visualization model of archaeological relics and Stratum.Through the spatial organization of the Paleolithic archaeological data, the paper realizes the correlation between spatial data and attribute data, and the efficiency of data query is improved. Finally, archaeological special database of the Majuangou site was established, which facilitates attributes data, location query and three-dimensional space analysis.Then,three-dimensional visualization reconstruction of Archaeological exploration pit is realized, and the function and application of the research results are discussed. In this paper, the archaeological exploration pit is used as the basic modeling unit and the archaeological strata and remains are modeled separately. The three-dimensional stratum model is established according to the stratigraphic section of the site, and the three-dimensional spatial distribution model of the relics is established according to relic map.The three-dimensional space of the probe is divided into regular grid blocks, and the location codes are given.Based on the location relation, the location codes are associated with the relic points,so that the correlation between attribute data and spatial location can be realized. The spatial query efficiency of the remains is improved by dividing the regular grid blocks and organizing the position coding.According to the GIS archaeological special database,we can realize the mutual query operation of the attributes and spatial location of the remains,as well as a series of operations such as custom attribute query and display, which will provide help to the archaeological study of the Paleolithic age.The paper focuses on the organizational storage and visualization of the thematic data in the three-dimensional space.Based on the sample data of Majuangou,we explored the methods for organization and visualization of thematic data, providing a reference for subsequent three-dimensional visualization of other Paleolithic archaeological sites.
