To remain competitive in the fierce competition environment,organizations need to take actions to do reforms and innovations.More and more voice from employee are needed for the development of the organization and this phenomenon makes voice become an hot topic in academia.In order to give a better understanding about the voice behavior of Chinese employee,this study examined the effects the Leader-subordinate integrity personality fit on employee voice behavior on basis of supplementary fit theory.The whole research could be divided into two parts.?1Explore the content and structure of leader integrity as well as develop its measurement.After a series of qualitative studies and trail text(566 data in total),the structure of leader integrity was constructed with 2 factors.?2We collected data three wave questionnaire surveys of 90 companies in China.The respondents were composed of 218 employee with their colleagues and direct leaders.We carried out an empirical study to explain the effects of leader integrity on voice behavior,along with the moderation of leader integrity.The research conclusions are as follows.(1)Leader integrity refers to those people who are selfless?conscientious?open and fairness.They promote an intrinsic commitment to act ethically or morally,they stick to their justice principle all the time.Leader integrity is a comprehensive personality which contains two dimensions that are impartial conscientious and stick to the principle.The formal scale includes 15 items.(2)Results showed that leader integrity personality has an positively influence on flower's value congruence and voice behavior.Employee integrity personality has an positively influence on flower's voice behavior.Leader-subordinate integrity personality fit has an positively influence on employee voice behavior.The more fit of leader-subordinate integrity personality,the better the voice behavior quality.The higher level of leader integrity and lower of employee integrity,the better the voice behavior quality.What' more,leader integrity will moderate the relation between employee integrity and voice behavior,specifically,high leader integrity will enhance the effect of employee integrity on voice behavior,we also found support for the mediated moderation effects of value congruence.
