Study On The Expansion Of Cultural Consumption Path In Suzhou Based On SMD

Cultural consumption is an important part of consumption,the final link in the cultural industry chain and an important force in promoting the upgrading of the residents' consumption structure.Cultural consumption is of great significance for optimizing the driving force of economic growth and improving the quality of the people.The nineteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed "to strengthen cultural confidence and strengthen the construction of national cultural soft power",which provides new opportunities for development to expand cultural consumption.After the financial crisis,investment in the "troika" of economic growth in Suzhou tended to stabilize and exports were weak.It is necessary to stimulate consumption,especially consumption by residents,to stabilize economic growth.Therefore,increasing the supply of cultural products and services and raising the level of residents' cultural consumption have become the main starting points for promoting consumption.This paper combined with the policy environment,construction the relationship between the three theories of cultural consumption in the supply,media and demand.This paper analyzes the present situation of cultural and creative industries,residents' cultural consumption,cultural sites and platform construction in Suzhou by means of statistical data analysis and supplementary research of questionnaires,and sums up the current development characteristics of Suzhou.It found that the supply side of Suzhou City has problems of insufficient effective supply of cultural products,declining quality of traditional handicraft industries,high prices of cultural products and insufficient cultural innovation.There is a problem of low consumption scale and under-crowding of cultural consumption on the demand side.There is a problem that the system of public cultural sites is not perfect enough and the number and scale of creative cultural sites are inadequate in circulation carriers.These problems reflect five main reasons behind the lack of literary talent,the prominent structural contradictions in supply and demand,the imperfect social security system,the need to upgrade the concept of consumption and the system design to be perfected.Based on the comparative analysis of Suzhou City and other sample cities and by referring to the advanced experiences of expanding cultural consumption both at home and abroad,this paper argues that the path of Suzhou's expanding cultural consumption should broaden the effective supply of cultural products and services,enhance residents' ability and willingness to spend on culture,strengthen the construction of carrier and platform for cultural circulation,and create a favorable environment for policy.
