Research Of Supply And Demand Relationship In Rural Public Culture Construction

There are two modes of rural public culture construction,one is the exogenous rural public culture construction led by the government,the other is the endogenous rural public culture construction which is dominated by farmers or collectives.In the construction of rural public culture,the government and farmers have the same or different starting point and needs.The W village in the southeast of Shanxi,these two modes exist simultaneously.This paper summarizes the supply-demand relationship between the government and farmers in the construction of rural public culture by comparing the concrete performance of these two different models.In addition,on the basis of the above findings put forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.The first part is the introduction of this paper.In this part,the background and significance of the topic are discussed,the relevant theoretical concepts are defined,the relevant contents of rural public culture construction are sorted out,and the research ideas,methods and objects of this paper are introduced.The second part is the body of this paper,which is divided into four chapters.The first chapter describes in detail the ways,contents and effects of the construction of exogenous public culture in W village.The second chapter describes in detail the ways,contents and effects of the endogenous public culture construction in W village.The third chapter compares the popularity of different contents of the rural public cultural construction under the two modes,analyzes the different demands of the government and farmers,and finally finds the consistent and contradictory points in the supply-demand relationship between the government and farmers.The main reason for these contradictions lies in the supply side.The fourth chapter discusses the ways and methods of harmonizing the supply-demand relationship between the government and farmers from the perspective of supply side.The last part is the discussion part of this paper.Based on the theory of supply and demand,this part analyzes the demand of the government and the public.As the supplier,the government not only has to do the task,but also has its own demand considerations.As a supplier and a consumer,farmers play a superimposed role.Although the publiccultural contents of supply and production are more in line with their own needs,their role of supply is weakening rapidly,while their role of user enjoying government supply is increasing rapidly.Both characters and its requirements change,led to the contradiction between supply and demand gradually highlights.The most basic and important way of this contradiction is to change the mode of rural public culture supply in China,give play to the leading role of the government,develop the supportive role of the market and society,and reshape and strengthen the role of farmers as masters of rural public culture construction...
