Functions Of Style Guide In Film Dubbing Script Translation

In its introduction to style guide and dubbed film,this thesis introduces what is style guide,where it is applied and how it works.In order to help readers better understand how dubbed film scripts are translated,the author introduces the process of dubbed film production,summarizes the features of film language and analyzes the differences between film dubbing translation and film subtitle translation.Based on his own experience in such translation projects,the author summarizes how a translation style guide helps keep uniformity in style and formatting and ensures the practicability of translated film dubbing scripts.
