IntroductionSleep as an important human physiological phenomenon plays an important role in the physiological and psychological development of an individual's life,Meanwhile the quality of sleep is one of the basic indicators of the health of the individual,but the factors that affect the quality of sleep is also a variety of diverse.Due to the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid increase in the socio-economic and cultural level,the mobile phone has become almost essential goods of dailylife of the college students.We can see the students use the phone on campus anywhere,which a habit of being unknowingly affect their sleep quality and health.For this phenomenon,some scholars have begun to pay attention to this problem.How mobile phone dependence will affect the quality of sleep? What are the psychological factors that would induce sleep direct or indirect impact? What is its inherent mechanism of action? Explore these issues in helping people understand the relationship between sleep quality and mobile phone dependence.Besides,we could understand the impact of mobile phone dependence,improve sleep quality and promote physical and mental health has important theoretical and practical significance.In this study,college students as research subjects,from behavioral,cognitive,emotional psychology perspective to explore mobile phone dependence,mood,thinking and other psychological factors on ruminant sleep quality and its internal mechanism for understanding mobile phone dependence and sleep quality effect relationship between mobile phone addiction prevention.MethodsThis study used randomly convenience sampling method.800 college students were selected from Harbin Engineering University,Harbin Normal University,Northeast Forestry University,Tianjin Normal University,Southwestern University,Wuhan University,Shanghai University of Political Science and Law,Jilin Medical College,Xinxiang Medical College and Qingdao Institute of Technology.Self-reported questionnaires included the College Students Mobile Phone Dependency Index(MPDI),Positive Affect and Negative Affect Scale(PANAS)Chinese version,Ruminative Response Scale(RRS)and Pittsburgh SleepQuality Index(PSQI).Results & Conclusions(1)College students belonging is in middle level,the dependence is not very serious overall,but there is a serious dependence on individual cases;The incidence of students sleep quality problems is 23.4% and college students sleep quality are poor;Mobile phone dependence and sleep quality have significant differences in some variables.(2)Each two of the four variables which are college students' mobilephone dependence,rumination,emotion and sleep quality showed significant correlation.(3)Mobile phone dependence of physical and psychological factors could significantly predicte the quality of sleep;physical and psychological effects of positive emotions,negative emotions and reflect together on the sleep quality factor ponder significant predictors.(4)Positive mood plays a regulatory role between mobile phone dependence and sleep quality;positive emotions can buffer the negative effects of cell phone dependence on sleep quality.(5)Positive mood plays a regulatory role between rumination and sleep quality;positive emotions can buffer the negative effects of rumination on sleep quality.(6)Mobile phone dependence can affect the quality of sleep directly,but also indirectly affect the quality of sleep through negative emotions,negative emotions that is between your phone and the quality of sleep-dependent part to play an intermediary role;ruminant thinking directly affect the quality of sleep,but also by negative emotions indirectly affect the quality of sleep,that negative emotions in thinking and sleep quality between ruminant part played an intermediary role;positive emotions may directly affect the quality of sleep.
