| The 2016 national cultural industry work conference proposed to promote the innovation and development of culture industry,and promote its development as the pillar industry of national economy.And the development of film and television industry is of great significance to the development of cultural industry and national culture.As a capital intensive and high risk industries,China’s film industry has a large investment,high risk,and a long payback period,The shortage of funds has become an important factor restricting the development of China’s film and television industry.As a new Internet financing model,crowd funding has broken the limitation of the traditional financing mode and played a great role in solving the financing problem of the cultural industry,especially the film and television industry.With the rise of Internet+ concept,crowd funding as a new mode of financing,has been attracting the attention of film and television industry.The existing research on film and television is mainly focused on a single aspect of a wide range of models and a wide range of industries.It is seldom able to analyze the details of the financing process in the film and television industry,and lack the risk for the audience analysis.First,This article summarizes the research on the origin,the theory of public financing and the risk of public financing,and points out the research purpose and research method of this paper,And the related concepts are defined.Then,I analyze the traditional financing model of the current film industry in our country,summarize the financing predicament and its cause,which do foundation to put forward the film financing mode innovation.Once again,adopts the method of case study,I take the "Qiao Family Courtyard 2" film crowd funding project as an example,sum up the financing mode,financing platform,financing process and project specific financing situation of the project,and analyze the effect of crowd funding used to raise the project.Finally,I summarizes the risks of fraud and illegal fund raising in the current film and television industry,and put forward a series of supervision measures.The innovation of this paper lies in the combination of the financing mode and the film and television industry,analyzes the applicability of the financing mode in the film and television industry,sums up the financing risks of the film and television industry,and guides the follow-up financing significance. |
